What is the AZCOMP Support Portal?
With an AZCOMP Platinum Support Membership, you will have access to the AZCOMP Support Portal.
The portal allows you to create a Medisoft or Lytec help request online 24 x 7 x 365. If you submit a ticket over the weekend or during the night, we’ll start working on it as soon as we get in the next business morning. If you submit a ticket during the workday, our dispatcher will assign your ticket to the next available technician to start working on your issue.
Also, you can look up previous tickets to review notes. You can also look up invoices or bills and other important information about your account.
