What is the AZCOMP Support Portal?

With an AZCOMP Platinum Support Membership, you will have access to the AZCOMP Support Portal.

The portal allows you to create an online help request anytime day or night for Medisoft, Lytec, Aprima, or NextGen.

When you submit a ticket over the weekend or during the night, we’ll start working on it as soon as we get in the next business morning. When you submit a ticket during the workday, our dispatcher will assign your ticket to the next available technician to start working on your issue.

Also, you can look up previous tickets to review notes.
