March 28 – Aimee reviewed the issue and has the solution before calling me back. Claim submitted. March 29 12:35PM – Aimee called to inform that she checked and the claim went through. Everything since day 1 with AZCOMP has been totally unexpected and wonderful. I searched a while to find the right company to help me and train me on Medisoft and my claims and I kept finding AZCOMP, so I went with you. You not only trained me but also cleaned up things on my system, taught me tips and tricks, got my whole system running faster AND I’m getting paid faster! I can’t express enough how great you’ve been to me.
I worked with Jay for a large part of the day. He was extremely helpful and insightful when asked about system issues. His knowledge of Medisoft and other applications are impressive. He is always very patient even if I seem stressed or hurried. It is nice to work with someone who deals with pressure from customers daily and still is super pleasant. I enjoy working with Jay, he always teaches me something new about the system! Our electronic forms turned out amazing. This should really automate our processes. We completed our first day using our tablets today. Awaiting results from my receptionist. Thank you Jay for all your work!
Ethan was fantastic! I could not have asked for any better service, in any category. He was very polite, professional, but friendly, helpful and courteous, making me feel it was no problem, at all, and his pleasure to make sure he answered all of our questions, and took care of all our needs. This ticket was handled by Russ. He was very efficient in helping me and explained the process so I can do this myself, should I need to create it again. As always, AZCOMP reps come to the rescue with a professional and pleasant approach. I know I appreciate knowing this and I don’t feel intimidated in any way. Any time an issue has to be addressed, I feel I learn more about my computer program watching the reps fix the issue and with their guidance/ educating me, I always come away satisfied with the final resolution. I appreciate that the technician kept checking in with me as developments occurred. She was very proactive in checking into possible reasons that our claims may have been getting rejected and providing solutions for us to try. She maintained that proactive attitude towards our issue when she checked the status of one of the claims to see if it was getting processed or was rejected again. That is a level of customer services that I appreciate and helps to set AZCOMP apart from other support companies that I have dealt with in the past. Keep up the good work.
