A: That depends on the amount of data you choose to store. If your data exceeds the current package then you will be automatically moved up to the next level.
A: We monitor it and look for any customers that have not successfully backed up for 5 days or more. Those customers will be contacted. Daily monitoring is up to the customer. We do not monitor exactly what the customer is backing up- that is up to the customer to ensure.
A: No one. The backup is encrypted (256 bit encryption- super high level) and stored in a military-grade facility.
A: Yes. You decide how little or how much data you want backed up. You can also add extra data whenever you want.
A: That is for you to decide if you need it or not. We’d tell you though that no matter how big or small you are, backing up your data is incredibly important and wise. Anyone who loses data will be hurt by that one way or another.
A: You can do that if you choose. We’d just caution you against doing that for the reasons listed above. An automated cloud backup from AZCOMP is more reliable, will be less work for you, is compliant and more secure than any external hard drive or thumb drive backup solution.
