The Quick Way to Change Claims in Claims Management

Have you ever wanted to know how to make changes to claims in ‘Claims Management’ in bulk?

As you know, claims management is the place where you go to manage all of your claims. It is a common question for customers to ask us how to change the status of claims in bulk or in batches. Instead of going through and clicking each individual claim, you can change all of your claims in a matter of a couple clicks.

For example, let’s say a batch of claims were rejected and you need to resubmit the entire batch. Of course, before you can resend the claims, you will first need to change the status of each claims from ‘Sent’ back to a status of ‘Ready to Send’.
