How to change a standard statement into a remainder statement in Medisoft

If you ever had the need to change in standard statement into a reminder statement or vice versa we’re going to show you how to do that in this video. We’re going to go ahead and change on over now, easiest way is go to reports, design custom reports and bills. Then we’re going to open our statements, statement management and let’s say we like this color one right here the new patient statement with comments and colors 30, 60, 90.
We open it up here that’s exactly we want but we wanted a different style of reports we go to file report properties and we can change it here from a standard to a remainder statement. You can see here the difference between the two, standard statement includes all items that remainder just is insurance paid items. We’re going to save it that way and then we’re going to save as.
Since we’ve changed it into a new statement we’ll make it number two. All right, so now when we go to print statements we’re going to now have the new one here that we just did and we’re all set to go.
