Have you ever attempted to print a report out of Medisoft and noticed that it’s taking longer than it should?
When generating reports there is a known issue that causes small reports to take a very long time to load.
In this video we will explain the required steps in order to resolve this issue in Medisoft Reports.
What causes this?
There are two files within the medisoft program that controls how reports generate and render (“ RepField”) Files. Over time, these file often becomes “bloated” with information. When this occurs it will cause a delay in the loading of reports out of medisoft.
After replacing the ‘bloated files’ all reports should load at a much faster rate!
