AZCOMP Support Video: How to set up your printer defaults in Lytec MD and Medisoft Clinical

One of the most common errors we see for Clinical or MD EMR/EHR systems is the printer default settings. Each computer and each copy of EMR is generally set to go to a specific printer through the printer defaults section. The system will tell you that there is a problem with printer defaults if a printer has been changed or if a printer is off-line among a few other reasons. In this video we will show you how to check that or set it right the first time through.
