Medisoft Video – Diagnosis codes showing red in the transaction entry window

When in the transaction entry window inside Medisoft, if the diagnosis codes are showing red, the program is telling you that these are invalid entries.  If you are sure these really are valid codes, the thing that is likely going on is that Medisoft is pre-emptively warning you about the pending ICD-10 switch that will be happening in October 2015.  In this video, learn how to remove this warning to allow your program to function normally.
