Medisoft Support Video: Find your Medisoft Version information

There are many cases where we are working with new customers in our support department and they do not know which version of Medisoft they are working off of and they don’t know how to figure it out.  It is important to us to know which version of Medisoft you are on so we can help you best with any particular issues you might be having.  It is also important for you to know which version you are on when you are getting ready for an upgrade, or for when you need to install updates.

Today we’re going to be taking a look at how to identify which version of Medisoft you’re using. This is important when downloading updates that are relevant to your software.
Simply go to the top and locate help. Under the help menu you’re going to look for About Medisoft and here you’re going to see which version it is that you’re using. You’ll also see the service pack and the version number.
