Medisoft Support Video: How to fix a Bad IP Address 6097 Error in Medisoft
If you are not using a static IP address for your office network configuration, then periodically your server’s IP address will update to a new one, causing you to receive a “bad IP address” error in Medisoft. To fix this issue you need to update the IP address listed in Medisoft’s program file folder to match the server’s IP address.
