Quick Access to Key Functions
• Use F7 to open the Quick Ledger instantly from any screen, avoiding extra clicks.
• Press F3 to save changes, whether you’re adding charges, editing patient details, or entering payments.
• Use F8 to add a new patient or case without leaving the current screen.
Efficient Date Management
• In date fields, pressing the minus (-) key moves the date back by a day, while the plus (+) key moves it forward. This can be especially helpful when entering or adjusting dates for transactions.
Menu and Button Shortcuts
• Press Alt + Underlined Letter to activate menus or buttons directly. For instance, Alt + V opens the Activities menu, and within that, pressing M opens the Claim Management window.
• To close a window, use Alt + O on the Close button.
Navigating Fields
• Adjust your data entry settings under Program Options to use Enter instead of Tab to move between fields. This can streamline the entry process based on your preferences.
