I had James transfer my Medisoft from and old computer to a new computer. He did stellar work. He was quicker than the estimated time, professional and very knowledgeable. He kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend the tech support for any of your Medisoft issues!

I have no words for how much Susan, Fred and Russ have helped the PCT Team through this latest crisis. And a crisis it was, but their steady support, willingness to help and how they took us through what we needed to do to get our business back up and running has given me hope that the best is yet to come. Susan's kind words when I was losing it was so reassuring. Erica even jumped in to make sure we were getting help. And Fred and Russ's patience and attention to detail helped us get through what could have been a catastrophic nightmare. We recently moved to AZCOMP as our new VAR last month. In my 30 years of running a clinic, AZCOMP deserves more than 5 stars. No matter who I talk to from Erica in sales, to Shelly in coordinating, training with Natasha and Maggie, to the awesome tech people Russ and Michael, PCT has been thoroughly impressed. In addition to their competence, they are patient and responsive to our needs. In this first month, they have walked us through so many things with encouragement and patience. They call back quickly and answer their phones like we are their only customers. I truly feel AZCOMP are our partners in business. They have ideas on how we can be more successful and their professionalism is unmatched.

Started session on time and upgrade of software proceeded smoothly. Mr. Villaire was quick, efficient and very competent. I have been extremely pleased with AZ Comp service since we began using the company. I highly recommend them.
