Practice Partner offers several different forms of data input into the patient chart. One of those is custom templates. These custom templates allow providers to easily and efficiently enter data into the patient's chart. The templates also remind the providers of certain things to check for that they might have forgotten about. But the provider is the one who decides what goes into the final notes. If a question is skipped it simply won't show up on the final note.
