Phenomenal service and support is what we care about. We are very proud of 88% perfect survey scores but we are going to see just how high we can push that score.
Here is what we are doing with our customer service surveys.
After every support ticket we close out, we give our customers the opportunity to give us a review on our performance. Here are the questions we ask:
1.Thinking about your most recent experience with AZCOMP Technical Support, how would you rate your level of satisfaction.
2.How would you rate the support representative’s overall knowledge of your problem or question?
3.How would you rate the representative’s helpfulness and willingness to assist you?
4.How would you rate the level of communication throughout the resolution process?
5.How would you rate your overall experience with AZCOMP Technical Support on this ticket?
All of the above questions are ranked on a 1 to 5 scale with 5 being most satisfied (or Phenomenal!) and 1 being the worst. Over 88% of all survey respondents give us a 5 on all 5 questions! Here at AZCOMP we call that a High 5, and delivering Phenomenal!

With the number of customers that we are supporting, and the number of service tickets that are created, we have to be organized.
We have a very advanced ticketing system that allows you to know what is going on with your ticket at all times. You have real-time visibility of who is working on your ticket and what the progress is through our ticket portal. Our technicians also create a chat thread directly with you so that you have a completely documented conversation on every ticket that gets created for you.
