For as low as $.25 a statement – have your statements automatically emailed. Paper statements are also available and you can have someone else print, fold, stuff, seal and mail your statements for you! (Remember: this fee is waived the first 30 days.)
For the first 30 days of service, there is no service fee. After the 30 days is up, you will be charged $17.50 per month for the service.

You can choose to have Bill Flash send the statements either by mail, or e-mail.
If you choose to have them mailed, we pay for the paper, the envelope, the return envelope, print the statement and put it in the envelope and send it off in the mail. You only pay for the postage.

What is a Bill Flash Re-seller?
All Bill Flash services are distributed through independent Bill Flash Re-sellers who best understand and can support your local Billing Application.
How will I be billed?
NexTrust emails invoices around the 5th of each month for the prior month’s services.
How can I pay my bill?
Bill Flash accounts are conveniently setup to accept AutoPay from either your Checking Account, Visa, or Mastercard. AutoPays process on the 15th of each month for the invoices emailed on the 5th. You’ll setup your AutoPay account during enrollment.
What is a mailing deposit?
The mailing deposit provides some payment protection to us since we incur all costs for mailing bills during the current month and then bill our users the following month.
How long are the service contracts?
Delivery services are provided with no long-term contracts. We have to earn your business every month or you’re free to leave with no penalties at any time. Payment services require Merchant Accounts which have multi-year contracts.
What am I charged after the 30 day trial?
There is a monthly fee of $17.50 for the service, which will be waived during the 30 day trial period. Plus, for each statement sent you will be charged as little as $0.25 for emailed statements, and up to $0.75 for mailed statements. Also, you will be required to pay a fully refundable deposit when you initiate your account that would be the equivalent of what you expect to use in postage in a month.
