What size Practice is the software intended for?

Small Primary Care Practices

Is this replacing the other McKesson EHR products?

No, we are not replacing any existing EMR solutions- Practice Partner, Medisoft Clinical, or Lytec MD.

How is this new cloud solution different than an ASP product?

A "cloud" solutions is accessed via an internet web browser. They are also referred to as SaaS, internet model, or hosted solutions. ASP products require users to access the system via a virtual private network (VPN)- which means that you can only access it from computers that have this VPN setup whereas the  Cloud Solution can be accessed anywhere there is an internet connection.

Will Practice Choice be ARRA certified?

Yes. This new software has already gone through certification for the 2011/2012 state 1 meaningful use standards. The product has received complete EHR certification from the Drummond Group.
