We understand that sometimes you can't make it to one of our free events- but we don't want you to miss out on all the exciting information that was shared. From our free medisoft training for each new release, to our educational stimulus programs, and our free EMR demos, you don't want to miss anything! We have recorded the events allowing you to participate when ever and where ever you want. And even if you did come- sometimes there is just so much good information, it is always nice to be able to go back and see it again. We hope you enjoy our video archives.
- Our annual free training held at the release of each new version. This training and demo of Medisoft v15 goes over the new updates and features showing customers how to get the most out of the new release. Held June 2009 in Gilbert, AZ.
- Our annual free training introducing Medisoft version 16. Tony Peterson demos the latest release and trains users on the new features in v16. Held March 2010 in Gilbert, AZ.
Event held at Eisenhower Medical Center in Palm Springs, California. Two physicians demonstrate how they use Practice Partner EMR in their practice. They discuss how to chose an electronic medical record, how they made the transition, showed several templates they use, and answered questions. Joseph Sherger, MD also speaks on why EMC chose to partner with McKesson and offer their physicians Practice Partner, Medisoft Clinical, and Lytec MD.
- Event held for all Scottsdale Healthcare affiliated physicians. Presented by local physicians- Janet Mullins, MD and Jaron Fischbeck, MD of Kachina Family Practice. They demonstrate several templates that they use and share how EMR has improved their practice and personal lives.
- Event held at Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, CA in June 2010. Special guest speaker David Perez, CIO of Eisenhower and Ivor Nazareth, MD. Dr Nazareth demonstrates using the speech recognition software in Medisoft Clinical EMR (Practice Partner and Lytec MD). Dr Nazareth uses Dragon with his Electronic Medical Record.
- AZCOMP hosted McKesson's EHR Meaningful Use Customer Education Tour October, 2010. This Seminar explains in detail how providers can qualify for stimulus funds through ARRA and HITECH for using a certified EHR.
Typically events are held at our corporate office in Gilbert, Arizona. We hold these free events for the greater Phoenix area: Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Goodyear, Surprise, Glendale, Sun City, Peoria, Queen Creek and anyone else who would like to attend. We love when our AZ customers from as far as Yuma, Tucson and even the White Mountains drive hours to come to our events.
