Medisoft Mobile: How to configure and set up your Medisoft Mobile App
This is a very quick video. If you want to use the Medisoft mobile app with your practice, then you first need to sync the app on your device with Medisoft on your computer. If you haven’t done that yet and need help learning how, this is your chance.

Today we’re going to go over how to enable and use Medisoft Mobile application. This application is designed to work with Medisoft and will allow you to utilize your practice management system on a mobile device.
The first step will be to download the mobile application to the mobile device that you’re going to be using. If you haven’t already started the mobile service on your computer, you’re going to need to. You can do so by clicking on the Windows icon at the bottom left and typing the word “services”. We’re looking for “view local services”. From this list we can go ahead and type the letter “M”, which will bring us to the “M’s”. From here we’re going to locate the McKesson Mobile API server.
If this is not already running you’re going to right click and click start; if it is already running you can go ahead and procedure to opening Medisoft. Once Medisoft is open click the help tab. From here go down to mobile and your software should generate an API key, which is like an authentication code for the software. Upon watching the app on your mobile device it will request that the same API key be used so that it can sync itself with the software. After entering the key you have successfully set up Medisoft Mobile.
